We do this by billing a substantial part of our fee only SIX MONTHS AFTER the new candidate's entry - and only, if the candidate's performance has met your expectations.
Special payment models for START-UPS - we strongly believe in and actively support entrepreneurship, also by most flexible fee agreements for Start-ups. Any fees for successfully closed searches may in full or partly be settled with:
- a small percentage of equity ("service-for-equity") or in
- up to 36 instalments.
